Feature Update: Filter by Meeting History
A new upgrade to Agent enables powerful filtering of your contacts by their meeting history.
Simple and intuitive
The “Has History” button now lets you select a range of dates—less than seven days ago, within the last month, the last year, etc.—and choose a meeting method—in person, by phone, via email, etc.
This filters your address book to show only contacts with corresponding items in their meeting history.
- Want to follow up on the In person meetings you had last month?
- Need to see who you had calls with last week?
- Want to check who you logged emails with recently?
Now you can.
The new menu is designed to be simple, intuitive, and mobile friendly.
Tap or click on a type of meeting at the top of the menu. (The checkmark indicates any type of meeting.)
Then choose a date range.
The results appear, and the button in the toolbar is updated with an icon and a badge to show the selected meeting method and date range.
Leveraging people power
This feature makes the “Has History” button more useful, but it can also help with locating information, even documents and other files.
As anyone who uses email knows, often the quickest way to find a document is to look for an email that you remember attaching it to, rather than hunting in your computer’s folders and files. This is because we recall what we did with another person more easily than what we did with an object. With Agent’s new ability to filter your contacts by their meeting history, you can leverage this tendency to your advantage.
